Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. About this policy

Scarlett Panda is a trading name of Incremento Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 12997528, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

This policy applies to Scarlett Panda Premium digital subscriptions.

  1. Subscription plans and trials

Scarlett Panda Premium costs USD $9.90 per month or USD $79 per year. The monthly plan does not include a free trial. The annual plan includes a seven-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the annual plan automatically converts to a paid USD $79 annual subscription.

  1. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel at any time through the Manage Subscription link in your Paddle receipt, the Scarlett Panda billing area, or Paddle Buyer Support at https://paddle.net.

Cancellation prevents future renewal. Unless applicable law or Paddle’s terms require otherwise, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

  1. Refund requests

For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record. Refund requests are assessed under Paddle’s Refund Policy, Paddle’s Buyer Terms and applicable consumer law.

To request a refund, use the Manage Subscription or support link in your Paddle receipt, visit https://paddle.net, or email info@scarlettpanda.com. Paddle’s Refund Policy is available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

  1. Duplicate charges and product problems

If you believe you were charged more than once, charged after cancelling, or cannot access the purchased service because of a technical problem, email info@scarlettpanda.com with the email address used for purchase and the relevant transaction details. Do not send full payment-card details.

  1. Refund effects

When a refund is issued, access associated with the refunded purchase may end. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider.
